Most standard deck builds are completed within a few days to a week once framing begins. The full timeline from consultation to completion depends on the scope, material, and weather. We give you a realistic timeline before any commitment.
If the issue is limited to a few boards or a loose handrail, a repair is likely the right call. But if the ledger board, joists, or posts are compromised, a full tear-down and rebuild is usually the safer, more cost-effective long-term decision. We do honest site walks and recommend what actually makes sense.
